Researcher
Rebecca Jones is at Balliol College and joined the group as an SCG Scholar in 2019 working on synthesising bimetallic catalyst systems to build polymers from renewable feedstocks.
Previously Rebecca studied for her MSci degree at Imperial College London where she had the chance to undertake her research year abroad at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Here, under the supervision of Professor Christopher (Kit) Cummins, she investigated the photo-cracking potential of phosphorus using flow techniques.
When not in the lab she can most likely be found at a dance rehearsal or playing board games.
