Postdoctoral Research Associate
Yiyang Li is a Senior Postdoctoral Research Associate under the supervision of Prof. Shik Chi Edman Tsang in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Oxford. His research has been focusing on developing sustainable heterogeneous catalysis processes. His work involves design, synthesis, testing and characterisation of solid-state materials. He previously studied solar-driven photocatalytic overall water splitting for hydrogen evolution, ammonia synthesis, etc., especially the local electric and magnetic field effects in these systems. Currently he is working on upcycling of thermoplastics using ammonia as the reducing agent, sponsored by SCGC.
