Post Doctoral
Dipa Mandal joined the group in March 2018. She completed her Ph.D. from IIT Madras, India in 2016 on ‘The synthesis of active homogeneous catalysts for polymerizations’. After completing her Ph.D., she worked as a research associate (from Nov 2016 to Feb 2018) with Dr. Samir H. Chikkali in CSIR-NCL Pune, India on ‘The development of novel and cost-effective drag reducing polymers’. She then moved to the University of Oxford as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the O'Hare group to work on ‘The synthesis of high value polymers using permethylpentalene complexes’ in collaboration with SCG Chemicals. In her spare time she enjoyed listening to music, shopping and travelling to new places.
