Academic Visitor
Clement Collins Rice is an SCG Scholar and joined the group as a Part II in 2018 working on the synthesis and reactivity of permethylindenyl (I*) complexes for the polymerisation of ethylene and propylene. He is reading for a DPhil at Jesus College focussing on the design, synthesis, and reactivity of group 4 ansa-I*-aryloxide complexes and their applications as catalysts in a range of olefinic homo- and co-polymerisations.
He is a Choral Scholar at Merton College, plays the piano, and enjoys drinking tea, cooking and horticulture.
