Efficient Ammonia Synthesis at Mild Conditions over Tailored Oxide Catalysts

This project aims to develop a more efficient and sustainable route for green ammonia production using air, water, and renewable electricity. By improving how nitrogen and hydrogen react, we seek to lower the energy barrier that limits current technologies. Our approach focuses on designing advanced metal-based catalysts that enable a more favorable reaction pathway. With promising early results, the project works toward making large-scale green ammonia a practical solution for clean energy storage and supply.
